Internship & Placement Policy
1.The eligibility criteria for applying for internship programs and
Employment openings are as follows:
a.Good academic record of the candidate;
b.Participation in training / Guest Lectures, workshop conducted
either by ATPA or any other certified Agency.
2.If any candidate is found guilty of misconduct of any kind during their
internship and otherwise, a strict disciplinary action would be taken
against him/her and can be debarred from applying through ATPA.
3.Once a Candidate is selected for internship, it is mandatory for him/her
to join that organization. Candidates are expected to do their internship
sincerely. Without notifying or without the prior permission from ATPA,
candidates at their own discretion cannot discontinue or change the
date or place of the internship provided by the ATPA. Acts like this
would be considered as misconduct and disciplinary action would be
taken against the candidate.
4.Any concern regarding the internship or employment openings should
be immediately brought to the notice of ATPA in writing.
5.All communication with the ATPA shall be done through email. The email
phone no & email Id to the ATPA. In case of any change, it should be
intimated as soon as possible. Also, candidates are requested to check
their mails frequently.
Acceptance of Offer:
i.ATPA will charge candidate a placement fee of 10 % of the total
amount of package the candidate receives as offer from the recruiter.
The payment to the ATPA has to be made before the candidate joins.
ii.Each candidate shall be eligible to apply for any number of
opportunities till he/she gets placed.
iii.If the candidate has been selected before the declaration of the final
year results and he or she is unable to clear the results due to any
reason, he or she shall be disqualified from joining the employment.
iv.If the candidate submits an application and does not appear for
further stages of recruitment drive, he will not be considered for the
further process of the recruitment.
v.Once the candidate applies for the opening by submitting the
application on the website for the said opening, he or she cannot
withdraw from the recruitment process till he or she is selected or
rejected without prior written permission. He or she has to attend all
screenings, all sessions of orientation organized by the ATPA and
assessment and interview rounds organized by the recruiter without
fail.
vi.If the candidate has opted for relocation while registering with the
ATPA and later on, he or she denies to accept the employment offer
with relocation, he or she will be debarred from all further
opportunities offered by the ATPA.
vii.The candidate shall communicate to the ATPA the acceptance or
rejection of the offer within a due time allotted by the ATPA. If he or
she fails to communicate the same, it shall be deemed to be rejected
by the candidate. Once non-communication is confirmed, he or she
will be debarred from all further opportunities offered by ATPA. In
other case, if the candidate communicates rejection of the offer, he or
she has to communicate due reasons to the ATPA through mail. If the
reasons are justified and acceptable then only candidate will be
allowed to apply for next opportunities provided by the ATPA.
viii.Once the offer is accepted by the candidate, he must accept it. In
case he or she fails to accept it, he shall be debarred from applying
for further opportunities provided by ATPA.
ix.The responsibility of ATPA will be limited till the candidate receives
the offer letter.
