Introduction-

The present training covers multiple angles of POCSO as it is very important to understand the legal aspects of this stringent law.

Learning Objective-

1. To understand the basic concepts under POCSO

2. To understand practical implications of POCSO

Learning Outcomes-

1. Participants will be able to understand legal aspects of POCSO in detail.

2. Participants will be able to develop practical acumen to deal the real time cases of  POCSO.

Assessment-

1.Total 100 marks assessment for duration of two hours will be conducted.

2.Those who secure 50 marks out of 100 will be passed and will be awarded certification of completion.

3.50 marks will be allotted to MCQs based on the content taught during the training and 50 marks will be for submission of Case Study related to the POCSO.

4. The Assessment will be conducted in Online mode.
