Learning Objective-

1. To get acquainted with basic mooting skills

2. To learn the drafting of Mooting memorial

3. To learn the court etiquettes for case presentation

Learning Outcomes-

1. Students will be able to implement the mooting skills in their regular curriculum studies.

2.Students will be able to utilize memorial drafting skills while drafting memorials for all moots-

 internal and external.

3. Students will be able to develop professional presentation skills while mooting.

Assessment-

1. Total 100 marks assessment will be conducted.

2.Those who secure 60 marks out of 100 will be passed and will be awarded

certification of completion.

3.50 marks will be allotted to Memorial Drafting and 50 marks will be for Presenting moot

for five minutes.
